I would like to thank MS for helping me move this website to an open-source host. This website is running on an Ubuntu Server virtual machine, and was on a Vista host. Foolishly I felt compelled to install the latest Win updates, which broke the networking components of VMWare server. A couple hours of reinstallation, battling driver-signature enforcement (MS requires a fee for signed drivers, and prevents unsigned drivers in Vista x64) and I decided to retask my network gateway machine into a Ubuntu VMWare Server. A couple hours later, and AsAboveIsBelow.com is back up and running (Ubuntu Server guest running inside an Ubuntu Server host). Ah, MS is helping me realize my goal of being MS-free.

Thank you.

PS – If you can’t tell already, Ubuntu and VMWare rock.
